How long will it take until I receive my fully registered software?
Getting your order processed and getting the software to you is a two-part process :
First, share-it! processes your order and sends you a receipt. In most cases, if you submit payment online (i.e. with a credit or debit card) this is done instantly when you submit the order. On occasion, however, an order can't be completed immediately for security reasons. Should this happen, your order will be processed within a maximum of 24 hours.
If you choose to pay using wire transfer, check or cash, your order will be processed as soon as we have received payment in full. Non-guaranteed checks (such as personal checks) may be held for up to 10 business days for processing.
The second process is delivering the registration code and additional information. These will be sent to you by our staff by e-mail within 12-48 hours.
